How do I calculate my work hours?
Enter your clock-in and clock-out times, plus any unpaid break in minutes. The calculator shows your total hours worked for the shift.
What is the unpaid break field for?
Lunch and other unpaid breaks should not count as work time. Enter the minutes and they are subtracted from your shift total.
Can I use it for weekly totals?
Yes. Calculate each day separately and add the totals for your weekly hours — handy for timesheets and overtime checks.
What time format should I use?
Enter times in the format shown on the tool. Double-check AM and PM so overnight entries come out right.
